Booth Selection Rule

Booth Size › Exhibition Format › Exhibitor identity › 2020-2025 Participation Point › Application Submission Date and Time

Priority	Criteria	Description
1^st	Booth Size	Exhibitors with larger booth size have the priority on booth selection
2^nd	Exhibition Format	For the same situation of 1st Priority, sole exhibitors will have priority over co-exhibitors in selecting booths. (Solo exhibitors include exhibitors who participate alone or jointly under parent and subsidiary company)
3^rd	Exhibitor identity	For the same situation of 1st Priority and 2nd Priority, exhibitors participating in the 2025 exhibition will have priority in selecting booths.
4^th	Participation Point (2020-2025)	For the same situation of 1st Priority, 2nd Priority and 3rd Priority, the selection order will be decided on their 2020-2025 participation Points (Participation for the past 5 editions of HKPCA Show). Exhibitors with the highest points will be given priority. Note on the Participation Point. Note on the Participation Point： ● Participation Point will be counted from 2020-2025, total 5 Exhibitions. Each year's participation counts as 1 point, for a maximum of 5 points. Exhibitors with a higher score have the priority on booth selection. For joint booth exhibitors, only the participation of the principal exhibitor will be counted. ● The Participation Point of the 2026 Show will be used for the 2027 booth application.
5^th	Application Submission Date and Time	For the same situation of 1st Priority, 2nd Priority ,3rd Priority and 4th Priority, the booth selection order will be determined by their application submission date and time (Subject to the record of official online system).

Note: If the exhibitor fails to pay the deposit on time, the selection number will be ranked behind the exhibitor who has paid the booth fee according to the payment time of the same booth area.

Exhibition Schedule

Step 1	From 2025.12.4 9:30	Submit online booth application form
	* Only submission through the official online platform will be accepted. Physical application form or email application will not be accepted.
Step 2	2026 Mar-May	Receive Booth Deposit Invoice and arrange payment
Step 3	2026 May-Jun	Receive Booth Selection Meeting timeslot and arrangement (Include Booth Selection Priority Number)
Step 4	2026 May-Jun	Booth Selection Meeting
Step 5	2026 Jul	Receive booth contract, booth balance invoice, and other related documents
