Resin Plugging – Plating Filling 3D AOI
This system is primarily used for detecting dimple quality issues in high-precision PCBs, multi-stage HDI boards, and IC substrate-like boards following processes such as resin vacuum plugging & grinding or laser blind via plating & filling. Using CAM Drill Tap data as the reference, it compares against 3D scanned contour data of the actual board. Through a single scan, the system utilizes 3D point cloud data to analyze planar height variations after resin plugging grinding or laser blind via plating filling, evaluating local flatness in the inspected areas. It can also sort and filter results based on height differences in plugged/filled areas and aperture sizes, achieving quantitative inspection objectives.
